Gracheva upset Kasatkina in the first round of the Australian Open in January
Varvara Gracheva and Daria Kasatkina are scheduled to meet in the round of 32 of the Western Southern Open on Wednesday. The Russian pair have met once before on the WTA Tour, with Gracheva upsetting Kasatkina in the first round of the Australian Open back in January. Gracheva is currently ranked 81st in the world, while Kasatkina is ranked 12th. Kasatkina is the more experienced player, but Gracheva has been in good form in recent months and will be confident of causing another upset.
